What does a notary public do?
A notary public is someone who can legally verify your identity and signature on legal documents. I have been officially certified by the government (via the State of Missouri) to witness your signature to prevent fraud, identity theft, and other related crimes.
Why should I hire Juli?
As a mobile notary, I'm available to meet you wherever you are. I can come to your home, place of work, or your favorite coffee shop. Additionally, I'm available outside of normal work hours. Can't make it to the bank to notarize a document before they close? No worries! I'm free from 5-9pm and weekends.
My unique experience in the legal field makes me qualified to accurately explain your documents to you, so that you have the best understanding of what you're signing. And, as a lesbian Latina, I can guarantee zero discrimination. You should never be made to feel shame for your identity or background.
I also offer special rates to disabled individuals who are specifically unable to leave their homes or surrounding areas to have documents notarized. You should never be penalized for having a disability and I'm here to help.
What does a notary signing agent do?
A notary signing agent is a notary public who has been trained to understand and notarize real estate lending documents. We meet you where you are, pre-print and review the documents, and mail them to your lender or real estate agent on your behalf.

These appointments typically run an hour to an hour and a half. They include printed documents, explanations of each document, and I personally mail them on your behalf. My rates are reflective of the extra work necessary in the process. Please note, these prices exclude my travel rate.

Weddings are a big deal. Whether you're eloping, having a big wedding with everyone you know, or having a micro wedding, I'm here to help you complete your nuptials. As a wedding officiant, I help you shape your ceremony and conduct it. Want an intro speech about your love story? I can do that. Want completely original vows personalized to you? I can help with that too. I'm here to make the most important part of your big day as exciting and easy as possible.
Ceremony Options...
Traditional Vows Standard legal vows. This option does include a short, personalized introduction to the ceremony.
Personalized Vows Vows written specifically to reflect the promises you will make to each other. We will work together to write these and determine the ceremony order.
Handfasting/ Symbolic Acts There are many ancient, cultural traditions throughout the world that symbolize eternal love. Together, we can determine which best represents your connection, write additional vows, and incorporate the acts into your ceremony. This option does not include any items needed to conduct the ceremony
Elopement Standard legal vows without a personalized intro. Ceremony cannot exceed 15 minutes.
Vow Renewal A completely personalized ceremony unique to you. Vow renewals are recommitment ceremonies, so there are no legal requirements and lots of personalization.
Please note that I do not conduct religious ceremonies. While I am an ordained minister, I do not personally practice any religion and would not be able to provide an authentic experience.
